He is a leading Lawyer in field of Criminal and Civil matters commonly known as Ameet Mehta. Ameet ji is an Engineering Graduate from Pune University, MBA – Finance from Leeds University Business School UK,  Merger-Acquisition from London Business School,  UK, LLB Law Graduate from Mumbai University. Currently he is Managing Partner of Law firm Solicis Lex. He has extensive exposure in Media Industry, Entertainment & Criminal matters . He has more than 20 years of experience in various capacities and has co-authored many Books. He has won more than 25 awards in field of Media, Law and Management. He is on board of many companies and Trustee with many NGO’s.

Mahendra Turakhia

A Chartered Accountant practicing since 1975 i.e. experience of over FOUR DECADES. He has gained expertise in domestic and international tax planning, company law and FEMA. He is a Commerce and Law Graduate from University of Bombay and FCA of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has secured 37th rank in Intermediate and 30th rank at Final CA examination.

He also has good working experience of over Four Decades in the field of Accounts, Audits, Foreign Collaboration, Management Consultancy, Tax Consultancy, Franchise Consultancy, Legal Drafting of Agreements of any nature and Stock Broking as NSE Member. He is running the week-end short course of 3 months duration on Entrepreneurship Development with a sole motive of creating and developing JOB CREATORS rather than JOB SEEKERS. Also, he is faculty member on various forms of business organization from the tax efficiency view. He has been speaker at seminar on the benefits available to minority communities under various Government Schemes, especially to Jain Community. He is actively connected with more than 20 Social Organisations (NGOs) in different capacities such as Trustee, Director, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasure Convener and Managing Committee Member. He also provides free advice in the field of Business, Selection of Career, Finance, Legal, Management, Succession, Tax, Will, Trust, Marriage, Maintenance & divorce to the said organisations, its members and the Society at large.

Pradip Bhatt

Pradip Bhatt (B com, LLB) is All India President of BJ Film & TV Industry Association. He has also excelled in various assignments especially in matters pertaining to PIL’s, Municipal Board, Police, EOW, Government and Civil matters. He has also been closely working on various issues pertaining to Indian Railways in the last few years. 

Leena Fatehchandka

Leena Fatehchandka is a B.com Graduate from Mumbai University. She has more than 10 years’ experience in Management,Advertising, Electronic Media, Marketing and Social Media. She has been the first generation entrepreneurs in her family of advertising. Since 2011, She is Managing Partner in Transit Media firm (Outdoor Media). She has all along having strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

She has always been working to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service. She has high exposure in B2C Advisory on the overseas options available for prospective clients-enabling the candidates & their family to make an educated choice & the right decision at a short time.

She is an expert in foreign travel information with accurate and correct execution of legal documentation. She has been providing a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile by being a bridge between Attorneys and potential immigrant.

She joined as Director with Zita Solicis Advisory Pvt Ltd for Visa Immigration (Canada, Australia, Portugal and New Zealand).

Darius Merchant

His expertise lies in bringing in Operational excellence by increasing productivity, yield and Market dominance through systematic enhancement in processes with periodic analysis and program implementation. He has over 03 decades of experience in large corporates in India as well as organizations, internationally.

Vikram Fatehchandka

Vikram Fatehchandka is a Commerce graduate(B.com) from Mumbai University. He has more than 20 years of Experience in Advertising, Marketing and Consultancy Business. He has been an expert in several aspects of Visa and Immigration Service ensuring that the that the process runs smoothly. His key strengths are interviewing clients, handle application for immigration and have face to face interviews to determine client eligibility for obtaining permanent Visa.

During the last few years, he has examined and maintained the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents to ensure that clients have received visas within the time limit set by the Government. He has represented the company on various fronts ensuring that clients get a faster entry into the country.

He is an excellent Trainer and understand immigration rules to help applicants fulfill their roles effectively. He has aided and imported consultative services. His core competencies have been to evaluate independent data and formulated cost estimates for potential immigrants. Overall he has a remarkable experience in immigration case management.   

Pranay Shah

Mr. Pranay Lavanya Shah graduated from Mithibai College (SVKM) in the field of Commerce in year 2000. He has been handling his family business in the field of Shipping and Offshore activities. His company M/s Supreme Offshore Constructions & Technical Services Limited, Mumbai (SOCTSL) is a renowned construction company qualified for execution of fabrication, hook-up, revamping, topside modification, commissioning etc. of offshore projects and activities like fabrication, erection, commissioning of refinery, Oil and Natural Gas and onshore projects.

Swati Ghosh

She is a qualified B. Com in Accounts, from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. She was in TATA D.A.V. School (C.B.S.E) currently pursuing CS Professional from ICSI. She has also completed CA Inter from ICAI. Her expertise is in Financial Management, Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Incorporation of Companies, MOA and AOA, Resolutions, Conducting Board meetings, MISReporting and other Secretarial Functions in a reputed Legal Firms and Companies. Currently she is in Top Management with a leading Law Firm.
Apart from this, she has exposure in Film Industry working independently with Production house contracts in Casting, Technicians, producers plan and coordinate various aspects of film production, such as selecting the script; coordinating with writing, editing; and arranging financing for movies. She has experience in overseeing the development and evolution the scripts. Once a script is completed, she can lead the team pitching to secure the financial backing so that production can begin.
She has been an excellent coordinator between ley players such as hiring crew, taking creative decisions during the production, manage the logistics and business operations making sure the film is delivered on time and within budget.
